Privacy Policy

Special One Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') values your personal information and complies with the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection." Article 3 Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

The Company destroys the information immediately after the purpose of personal information collection and use has been achieved, without exception. However, the following information is retained for the period specified for the following reasons:

   Retention Basis: For re-registration, prevention of impersonation

   Retention Period: 5 years

      Additionally, if there is a need to preserve the information according to the provisions of related laws, the Company will retain member information for the period prescribed by the relevant laws:

   Retention Basis: Credit Information Use and Protection Act

   Retention Period: 1 year

   Retention Item: Password, Email

   Retention Basis: Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce

   Retention Period: 1 year

 

Article 4 Procedures and Methods of Destroying Personal Information

The Company immediately destroys the personal information after achieving the purpose of collection and use. The procedure and method of destruction are as follows:

 

   ▶ Destruction Procedure:

      Information entered by members for membership registration, etc., is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved (in the case of paper, to a separate file) and destroyed after being stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws (refer to retention and use period). Personal information transferred to a separate DB is not used for purposes other than retention unless required by law.

 

   ▶ Destruction Method: Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using a method that cannot reproduce the record.

 

Article 5 Personal Information Provision

The Company does not provide users' personal information to external parties in principle. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:

 

   - When users have given prior consent

   - When required by law or for investigation purposes under the procedure and method prescribed by law upon request from an investigative agency

 

Article 6 Consignment of Collected Personal Information

The Company does not consign customer information to external companies without the customer's consent. If such a need arises in the future, we will notify customers of the consignee and the details of the consignment work and obtain prior consent if necessary.

 

Article 7 Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them

Users and legal representatives can inquire or modify their personal information or that of children under 14 years old registered at any time, and can also request cancellation of membership. For inquiries and modifications of personal information, users can directly access and modify or cancel their membership by clicking "Modify Personal Information" (or "Modify Member Information") after going through the identity verification process. You can also contact the personal information manager by mail, phone, or email, and we will take action without delay. If you request correction of errors in personal information, the information will not be used or provided until the correction is completed. In addition, if incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, we will notify the third party of the correction process without delay to ensure correction. The Company processes information deleted or withdrawn at the request of the user or legal representative according to the specified period in "Retention and Use Period of Personal Information Collected by the Company" and ensures that it is not viewed or used for any other purpose.

 

Article 8 Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices

The Company operates 'cookies' that store and find your information from time to time. Cookies are very small text files sent to your browser by the server used to operate the website and are stored on your computer's hard disk. The Company uses cookies for the following purposes:
